Add some options to make the game easier or harder.

The options could be:

Can be ko on map [def:false]
Play KO characters [def:true]
Easier battle (-20% stat to all ennemies) [def:false]
Checkpoint regen ("false", "remove ko", "full heal") [def:false]
Level up heal [def:false]
All character take environnemental damages [def:true]

It would be a subsetting in the menu setting, but they would be saved in the current save and not in the option save
