Improve assets loading #134

- Add a preloader that'll load all metadatas and filepath
- Create for each assets some corresponding path
- Add an asset previewer to the debug menu
- Sometimes remove completely
- Use lazy loading often, but "force" some assets to be loaded. Add for some scenes assets loading.
- Flush assets between scenes (except for marked forced assets)
