Durability/repair system for weapons/tools #54

- Each tool/weapon have a durability that handle its number of use, and it stop working at 0
- New town location : the forge, repair the item for something like (dura/max_dura)priceprice_factor (which will be something like 0.90 at 0 and a formula to make it less pricey the more it's near half the dura.
- Add a "repair" action (maybe for some house item) that use materials to repair it
