+# Welcome to the Indigo Foundation
+
+For years, mysterious event have plagued the region of Kanto and Johto. Disappearence, "surnatural" phenomenon, mysterious creatures. These instance are rare, but common enough to cause a resurgence of superstition and old belief, and to cause real disturbance in the life of hundred of thousand of inhabitant of our regions.
+
+But we don't believe in mere superstition and old tradition. Here at the Indigo Foundation, we're determined to studies the phenomenon, to be able to understand what is happening, and solve the problem once and for all.
+
+We're here to understand, but more importantly, protect our people. But we also understand… what if some had an use ?

+## What is this site ?
+

+This website is a shrine-inspired olschool Pokemon Website, that aim to create stories and SCP-like pages inspired by the old rumors, glitch and creepypasta from the first and second generation de Pokemon. This is a kind of "alternate reality game" of the two first generation of Pokemon, where different creation and apparition will be described, with some substories.
+
+It'll be *mostly* focused on Pokemon Red/Blue/Yellow and Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal, but some reference will be made to other region when it give interesting ideas to handle some of the "mysteries". If I add cosmology stuff, it'll also contain elements from several other later games (certainly up to 4G). But the "core" of the content will be 1G/2G stuffs.

+This focus isn't to say that the next generation are bad, or wouldn't be interesting to handle : is that I'm only one person, and that I have already a lot of large project that I shouldn't be doing lol.
+

+## Creatures
+
+We all know the 250 pokemon that our pokedex comprise (and some of us - especially at the foundation - even know about the legendary Mew). But some other creatures have appeared during the last few years, and can cause havok, and even sometimes death and desolation. We don't have the exact species they are, and don't think they're all the *same* kind of creatures. We're also really reluctant to call them "Pokemon", even if some forms of hybrids exists.
+
+The corrupted trainer aren't part of this categories.
+
+## Classification
+
+We have for the moment the following kind of creature :
+
+- Pokegods - Overpowered pokemon that were created from the mysterious *Mist Stones* stolen from the *Mysterious Man from Kalos* after his death.
+- Undead - "Pokemon" that came back from the dead. They should not be confused with gosth-type pokemon.
+- Glitches - Space-time anomalies that seems to be able to cause a lot of dangerous events.
+
+## Origins
+
+The different creatures don't share a single origins. Some of them were man-made, like the Pokegods (even if they seems to be coming from some sort of mysterious natural phenomenon, certainly related to the highly volatile phenotypes and genotypes of pokemon), some of them seems just to… naturally occurs.
+
+Investigation are still present to find a single cause. For the moment, we have established a classification of these creatures to establish their cause of appearence :
+
+- Homonculuses - Creatures that have been made by the man from scratch. Most of them seems to come from a mysterious *Pokemon Factory* handled by Team Rocket.
+- Mutants - Creatures that have been muted by the environnement
+- Abnomalies - Creatures that seems to have appeared from nowhere.
+
+## Unique being
+
+Some creature have evolved to becoming fearful being due to specific event that created just *one* creature and not some kind of species. These creature have their own page to describe them.

+# Legendary Pokegods
+
+Some other being called "pokegods" are other kind of being that have been created "from scratch" by radiations of the mist stones
+
+## Doomsday
+
+Doomsday is a mysterious gosth-type pokegods that appear in place like cimetaries. It looks like some sort of insects, and feeds on dark thought and memories.

+Some rumors says that it's a lonely soul, that walked back into the living realm to get revenche on those who created its death. This explaination is very popular to some people that try to see a more "occult" aspect of the pokegods and other phenomenon. The biggest criticism of its theory is that there have been one documented case of "vengeful spirit" in the last few years, the *Marowak Gosth*, but it didn't take any form similar to the one of Doomsday.
+
+In scientific circles, the theory is more that its a concentrate of the emotion of sorrow, grief and rage that can happens in the place where the dead rests.
+
+## Chrona Mew
+
+The *Chrona Mew* is a rumored mist-corrupted form of Mew, the mysterious pokemon. There is for the moment no proof of one existing, but all agent should be ready in case one have been made.

+This project differed from the Mewtwo project in that its aim was to not create a "newer version of Mewtwo", but to try to create an equivalent of what would be a mist-induced evolution of Mew. Not much is known about what would be the particularities of the Chrona Mew. According to rumors, this mew would have an even bigger capacity of Mew to get powers from other pokémon, being able to change their type and copy other pokemon powers.

+## Mewthree 
+
+Mewthree is an advanced and revised version of Mewtwo, handled entirely by the Team Rocket without any input from its original creator, Mr Fuji. The Pokemon aim to be the most powerful pokegod, as an way for Team Rocket to retaliate against powerful trainers that defeated them. Mewthree is the consecration of DNA technology, using the full potential of Berserk Gene to raise even more the power of a mewtwo. He is even less controllable that the original, and his high-power psychic pokemon are destructive enough for it to be a threat to themself too.

+# Evolved Pokegods
+

+Pokegods are mysterious being that have been evolved from pokemon and made extremely powerfull. 
+
+It's one of the most-documented and more well-known phenomenon, and seems to derive from a *Mysterious Man* coming from Kalos. He was able to make temporarely extremely powerful creatures due to some shard of rock coming from a set of *powerful deadly ruins* from Kalos he said to had created. He was killed by a thief that wanted all this power for himself, and these most of the shards were lost to time. They were collected several years ago by the dangerous crime syndicate called the *Team Rocket* and are now known as the *Mist Stones*.
+
+The Team Rocket seems to have been able to use the Mist Stone to create *permanent* evolution of sorts, at the mysterious *Pokemon Factory*. Pokegods are forbidden, but we can see some being used in battle sometimes. They're highly dangerous due to their sheer power.
+
+It's important to stress to anybody reading this documents : **Pokégods aren't gods**. They're simply highly powerfull enhanced pokemons. The name have been used to refer to their power, not to any divine nature. Any article done to the general public that doesn't remind that will be severaly punished. The last thing we need is a panic and more sects forming up.

+## Raticlaw
+
+Raticlaw is known as the potentiel first-ever created pokegod. It's the mist-stone induced evolution of Raticate, a pretty common pokemon. it's also one of the most common pokegods, and we've already seen some trainer using them.

+It's orgin pre-date even the Rocket experimentations on Mist Stone, because he was made in the now-destroyed *Pokemon Mansion* in Cinnabar Island, to test the evolutive ability of the Mist Stone. Raticate was choosen for their relative presence all over Kanto and Johto, and as they thought it was be easy to control its potential evolution.
+
+Sadly, this pokegod inherit the volatile behavior of other pokegods. Raticlaw claws and teeths are stronger than many substence, natural of artifical, and they're highly agile and fast. The created raticlaw escaped the mansions and run away, taking down several scientist in the passage.
+
+## Sapasaur, Charcolt and Rainer
+
+These three advanced evolutions of the Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise are powerful and dangerous pokemon. They abilities make them strong destructive creature that can take on a large amount of weaker pokemon at the same time. The rarity of the three pokemon used to create these pokemon make them less of a threat, but even a few of them could lead do disastrous consequences, especially with the difficulty to get counter-measure.

+**Sapusaur** have an extra-corrosive sap, and is also known for the high toxicity of its polen. We say that only plants and fungus can survive in the forest a specimen escaped into.
+
+**Charcolt** flame can get to extreme heat, enough for simply his presence causing huge wild fire, especially as he can fly to hypersonic speeds. The only known specimen live in the center of a perpetually-erupting volcano now.
+
+**Rainer** is able to create huge storms that can engulf whole cities and destroy everything in their path. One escaped Rainer is said to live in the center of a never-ending cyclone.
+
+Some people have started to rever those three pokegods as some sort of gods of nature and elements. The Foundation recommand extreme care when talking about these creature, to avoid a resurgence of sects build around pokegods.
+
+## Nidogod, Nidogoddess
+
+These pokegods have been created by radiating power of the mist stone into a Nidoking and a Nidoqueen. This have created a certain number of genetical mutation that have affected how they produce toxins and influence other member of their evolution line.

+The first effect of the mutation is that they've become even more durable and powerful, but also way more savage and even primal. They're moved entirely by instict, and by a need of protecting other member of their evolution line. It can make them extremely dangerous. Especially combined with how their toxin became even more powerful, being able to drain the life of even poison-type pokemons.
+
+They also have some form of hivemind-type control over their evolution line. It's not based on mind-control or any psychic hability, but on toxins that acts like pheromons on other nidoran-evolved creatures.
+
+## Flareth
+
+Flareth is one the numerous tries to make a evolution of eevee evolve, and one of the only successfull attempt.

+The internal temperature of this pokemon is enough to melt rocks and metals, and it's like every pokegod an hostile and wild pokemon. One of the few difference between many other pokegods and this one is that the few specialist of wild pokemon behavior of the foundation seems to believe that flareth is more scared than full of rage.
+
+With proper pokemon trainers, it might be a valuable asset into fighting the experiments of Team Rocket.
+
+## Dreamaster
+
+Dremaster is a Mist-induced evolution of Hypno. The power of the stone have awakened its psychic potential to new never-seen before potential, and created a pokegod with strong extra-sensory powers.

+This pokemon have the power to generate dream and nightmares at large scale, depending on its current mood. The only known specimen have trapped an entire city in a nightmare for one weeks before being stopped. Sadly, our teams weren't able to capture it.
+
+A sect have been formed around this pokegod, the sect of the *Dream Eaters*, a group of medium that eriged this pokegod to the rank of a divinity that is the sole source of nightmare and dreams in every human and pokemon alike. Members of these teams have attacked our agent when we stopped the wild Dreamaster.
+
+A special team should be dispatched to handle the situation.
+
+## Spooky
+
+Spooky is a Mist-induced evolution of Gengar. The power of the stone have amplified the frightening extra-sensory power of Gengar, making it a creature of pure fear.

+THis pokegod is able to influence the thought of everybody around it, turning them into fears. Spooky can recreate the worst and most debilitating fears of anybody, paralysing them while it devour their life energy slowly. This pokemon also have the ability to amplify the negative thought of gosth around them, and is is one of the few creature that isn't afraid of Lavender Town gosths.
