Internal coordinate of the camera are inverted in 4P mode #11

In a four players mode, the P1 and P2 have their internal y coordinate inverted (0 for P3 and P4 and screen_height/2 for P1 and P2), relying on a lot of workaround to be drawn at the right place.

This kinda shouldn’t be the case.
